Illinois Congressman Mike Bost (R-12th) is asking the director of the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency for a meeting to discuss alleged crimes by the developer of the site planned for North St. Louis and any impact they may have had on the decision to award the project to North St. Louis. Bost issued a statement on Monday asking for the project to be put on hold until the entire issue has been re-examined.

The decision to award the future NGA-West headquarters to North St. Louis was made nearly two years ago, but Bost tells The Big Z there have been countless issues ever since.

There was a big bi-partisan push by Illinois concerns to lure the site to the Scott Air Force Base area in 2016, and Bost maintains the merits of the land next to Scott Air Force Base in St. Clair County far outweigh those of the chosen site. So far, the NGA has not responded to Bost's request.
