One thing doctors are learning is that COVID-19 may have more staying power in the GI Tract than even in the respiratory tract, something that may explain why otherwise healthy, young, people may be getting COVID for longer than others, especially if they are dismissing diarrhea and similar issues as not being related to COVID.
