The area's trees are in full color, but it won't be long until the trees drop their leaves as the season winds down. The late season for fall colors of previous years has been replaced this year with the more traditional October peak.
Barb Strack, Interim President of the Great Rivers and Routes Tourism Bureau tells The Big Z depending where you are determines the brilliance of the colors.
