The Village of Bethalto would like to hear from its residents who have been denied cable service from Charter Spectrum. The village will be renegotiating its franchise agreement next summer and has heard that some residents are being denied service due to where they live.
Bethalto Mayor Alan Winslow tells the Big Z they believe anyone who lives within the village limits should be covered and will negotiate on their behalf:
