Ingredients:
Greek Salad Dressing

2 pita bread rounds
olive oil
oregano
crushed red pepper

1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
2 roma tomatoes
8 oz kalamata olives
10 fresh baby bella mushrooms sliced
8 oz feta cheese crumbled
1 14oz can quartered artichoke hearts
1/4 lb bacon fried and crumbled
1/4 red onion thinly sliced
1/2 jar pepperoncini peppers
Directions:
Cut pita bread round into 8 triangles. Open each piece and break into 2 pieces. Lay on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Use a patry brush to help coat the oil on the breads. Sprinkle with oregano and crushed red pepper. Bake in 350° oven for about 12 minutes or until golden. Cool.

Cover bottom of a nice serving dish with romaine lettuce. Artfully arrange the remaining ingredients on top to make an appetizing display. Place pita bread pieces around the perimeter of the dish. Serve with Greek Salad Dressing.
