Easter Bunny Chow

5 cups rice chex cereal

12 oz white chocolate chips

2 tsps coconut oil

¼ cup vanilla pudding mix

1 ½ cups powdered sugar

10 oz pastel chocolate candies

1. Place the rice chex cereal in a large mixing bowl.
2. In another mixing bowl combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil, stirring gently. Melt this mixture in the microwave for about 1 minute, stirring every 20 seconds. Once completely melted and smooth, stir in the vanilla pudding mix, then pour over the rice chex cereal. Gently combine until evenly coated.
3. Add the powdered sugar to the chex cereal and lightly stir until evenly coated. Allow mixture to dry for 5 minutes.
4. Lastly stir in the pastel chocolate candies! Gift and serve as desired.
