Spinach Salad

Ingredients:
• 1 bag fresh spinach
• 3-5 mushrooms sliced
• 1/4 red onion sliced
• 1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
• 1 pound bacon cooked and crumbled
• 6-8 hard boiled eggs, halved
• 4 oz crumbled goat cheese

DRESSING:
• 1 cup oil
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup vinegar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions:
Add spinach to serving dish after removing long stems and tearing up large pieces. Arrange all salad ingredients on top of greens.

For DRESSING combine all ingredients in jar and shake well. Drizzle over salad when ready to serve.
