Alton Continues to Battle Record Flood Levels

As Alton continues to face record flood levels, city officials are working around the clock to keep the water out and protect the downtown area along with various overflowing areas across town. So far, the effort has been successfull and the water has been kept at bay thanks to the fast acting efforts of the city of Alton.
