RBGA Cuts Ribbon for Ruby's

Ruby's, an entertainment and gaming business, opened their sixth Metro East location at 702 E. Broadway in Alton and the Riverbend Growth Association (RBGA) celebrated the event with a ribbon cutting.  On hand for the ceremony was owners Dick and Gwen Logue, Phil Thebeau and Keith Rentschler; a fourth owner, Jesse Seery, did not attend the event.  
The new Alton Ruby’s, located across the street from McDonalds and next door to Subway Sandwich Shop, is in the building once inhabited by Wayne Allen’s Saloon.  The 702 E Broadway building was completely refurbished and redecorated representing an initial investment into the Alton area of over $375,000.
