This is a Tandem Crypt (two caskets; front to back), located on the second row from the top, at the West end of the South Face of the new Garden Mausoleum at Sunset Hills Cemetery in Glen Carbon, IL.

In 2019, when I last checked, the asking price for a similar crypt at Sunset Hills was $13,800. 

This includes a bronze marker.  

Payment due at deed signing; cashiers check or cash please.

Owner will pay Transfer Fee.  

The cemetery is located about 25 miles East of downtown St. Louis, a mile N.E. of the intersection of Route 270 & Route 157, just up the hill heading East on Rte. 157.
