Hi! We are the Allison family. We are so excited to “reopen” Linn’s Shoes in Jerseyville!
Mr. David Linn retired after years of providing amazing service, and high-quality shoes and boots to the wonderful citizens in our community. We plan to maintain that same level of service, quality, and selection.
I (Melissa) am a lifetime resident of Jerseyville, I graduated from JCHS class of 1998! Kyle moved here in 2000 from Detroit Michigan. Kyle and I were married that same year. Kyle worked for a family-owned shoe chain in Detroit for 4 years as a salesman and stock manager. It was during that time that he fell in love with, well... shoes! He has a LOT of them. He has had some of his shoes for well over 20 years, and many of them have sentimental value, and lots of them are still wearable because they are quality footwear. Kyle is passionate about two things... 1. Customer Service - he has a true servant’s heart understands that we aren’t selling, but we are serving our community... 2. Really awesome shoes. We can’t wait to provide this service to Jersey County and our surrounding communities. We look forward to seeing you in our store!
Brands We Carry
David Linn, Former Owner
It is my pleasure to welcome Kyle and Melissa as the new owners of Linn’s Shoes. As Kyle has noted, they will continue to carry some of the same brands of shoes that we have carried for many years. Kyle will have a customer list of purchases. So yes ladies, if you don’t remember the size or model number of the Red Wing Boots that your hubby has worn for years, Kyle will still be able to take care of you. For myself, I am anxious to soon see all of the new and exciting things that Kyle has planned for the store.
I am so happy that the store will still be in town and will be able to serve our community and surrounding area with the same service that you are accustomed to. Good luck Kyle and Melissa! Let’s keep the tradition of Linn’s Shoes in Jerseyville going for many more years!
