Research shows that managing stress and attending to the mental health of your employees is key to a successful workplace wellness effort. The positive impact on job performance, satisfaction and engagement leads to organizational success. Please join Susanne Ringhausen, LCPC, Manager of OSF Psychological Services & Employee Assistance and Shannon Walker, PhD, Clinical Psychologist, as they discuss common mental health issues, workplace impact, access to care, and practical tips to prevent burnout and promote positive well-being. Lunch will be served.
