Shouldn't the leaves on the area's trees be starting to change by now? That is a question asked with increasing frequency in recent years, and one weather expert thinks the peak colors will be late again this year.
Weatherspotter Training Facilitator John Nell thinks the peak won't come until maybe the first week of November. He tells The Big Z climate change is likely at least part of the reason.
