The City of Grafton will be dedicating the 130-foot-tall Flagpole at the public Boat Launch near the confluence of the Illinois & Mississippi Rivers later this month. The flagpole comes after conversations with CNBC’s Marcus Lemonis, who visited the town early in the flood recovery process earlier this year.
Grafton Mayor Rick Eberlin tells The Big Z this will be the biggest flagpole on the river and on the Great American Loop.

The dedication will be held at 5pm on September 28th.
