Federal charges have been filed against a man from Grafton in connection with a drug case out of Pike County. 57-year-old Roger E. Pace is accused of possessing 70 grams of meth with the intent to distribute the drug. He is now in federal custody.
According to the Herald-Whig, Pace was indicted last Friday in Pike County, where he’s been held in jail since his April arrest in Pleasant Hill. The Pike County Sheriff’s Department and the West Central Illinois Task Force assisted in the investigation. Pace will now be in the custody of U.S. Marshal’s Service.
