The renovation of the George Terry Arena on the Lewis and Clark Community College Godfrey campus is nearing the end of a multi-million-dollar renovation. Most of the work is health/life/safety projects, which includes things like a new roof, HVAC upgrades, gutter replacement, new electrical panel, and waterproofing.

She says they are past the “change order” phase of the work, and everything is on budget or under budget so far. The project will cost nearly $2.9-million. It will be funded with $1.5-million in savings from previous projects, and $1.3-million in Capitol Project funds.
