The Missouri Department of Transportation hopes to have the lower lanes of U.S. 67 between the bridges opened by the Tuesday evening rush hour. The flood waters have receded to the point that MoDOT is inspecting the highway, with the hope of having traffic back to normal by Tuesday afternoon
