Alton Square Mall has finished construction on a new rehab facility owned by OSF HealthCare. It will be a 12,000 square-foot facility. Of that, about 10,000 square feet will be dedicated to physical, occupational, and speech rehab, with the other 2,000 geared toward homecare and hospice services.
Rehab Services Manager Frances Young tells The Big Z it’s a different but good feel to be at the mall.

The facility will accommodate occupational, physical, and speech therapy, with space for expanded pediatric therapy. There is also space for other services, many of which were previously located at the Saint Clare’s facility.
