This is 2 burial lots at Valhalla Memorial Park Cemetery, 2308 W. Delmar Ave., Godfrey, IL.  The 2 lots are in the Garden of "Sermon on the Mount", Lot numbers 114-A 3 & 4.  Valhalla sells these lots for $1,500 each.  We are asking $1,000 each, for a savings of $1,000 for both.  We will pay the transfer fees of $110.

We would meet you at Valhalla Memorial Park to take care of the transfer and to receive payment (preferrably Cashier's Check) for the two lots.
