Attend the Class on your phone or computer from wherever you are—lunch break, slogging it out on the treadmill, in your pajamas or yoga pants on the couch at home --

Starting: Thursday, January 31, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.

It's a GO-AT-YOUR-OWN-PACE class. If you start and are unable to finish, you can later pick right back up and complete the class.
