Have you ever been curious about what all the tools in the corner, or on the shelves of the yoga studio are for? Did you make an assumption that using blocks and bolsters are solely for those who have physical challenges, so, your not using them is an expression of your “ability”? That big pillow? That is for those “restorative” poses where you get to close your eyes. Right?

Join Tamika Jackson for a practice that utilizes Bolsters, Blocks, and Balls, to strengthen, stretch, and, inspire you into allowing yourself support in Vinyasa, Hatha and Pranayama practice. Class will include an hour and fifteen minute asana sequence, with a fifteen minute question and answer/discussion.
