The SIUE Successful Communities Collaborative is partnering with Alton to place students with projects identified by the city's Community Development Coordinator that will in theory benefit all parties. She tells The Big Z Projects may include engineering, urban design, planning, cost-benefit analysis, economic development, legal and policy analysis, community engagement, and public relations campaigns, for example.
