The 75th annual Bethalto Halloween Parade will take place around sunset on Thursday, October 26. It's the first Halloween Parade of the season. The parade will roll down Prairie Street beginning at 6:30pm, starting at the bank at the corner of Prairie and Route 140 and ending at City Hall.
The Bethalto Rotary Club organizes the parade, and club President Karen Martin tells The Big Z there will be a trunk-or-treat at Central Park following the parade.

If you want to participate, all you have to do is show up at the bank parking lot by 6pm. The parade traditionally features a combination of floats and people walking, as well as the Civic Memorial High School marching band.
