Eagle Watching is starting to wind down for the season in the Riverbend. There are plenty of places to watch the birds throughout the Riverbend, but with a relatively mild winter, the numbers have been slightly down as compared to colder years with more ice flows on area rivers.

Great Rivers and Routes Tourism Bureau spokesman Amy Chartrand tells The Big Z there are still a handful of eagle watching tours on the calendar, or you can try your luck on your own.
