Kelvin L. Arnold, 55, passed away at 12:26am on Wednesday, November 7, 2018, at his residence.
He was born on August 21, 1963, in Alton, the son of the late Wilson and Verline (Bangert) Arnold.
Survivors include three daughters and a son in law: Pepper and Sylvester Mull of Cahokia, Dakota Rodway of Wisconsin, Verline Dietzel of East Alton, one son: Mark Holmes of Breese, three grandchildren: Deandre Burries, Olivia Burries, Tatyana Burries, eight sisters and their husbands: Joyce Cain of Palmyra, Illinois, Janet York of Wood River, Deborah Reed of South Roxana, Darlene and Michael O’Day of St. Louis, Marcella Arnold of Granite City, Annette Graham of Texas, Marlene Rowe of East Alton, Brenda and Richard Nolan of Roxana, two brothers and a sister in law: Larry and Janet Arnold of Texas, Melvin Arnold of East Alton, many nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
Kelvin enjoyed fishing, scrapping, working on lawn mowers, and riding his motorcycle.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister: Diana Coleman, and two brothers: Raymond Arnold and Kenneth Arnold.
In accordance with his wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. In celebration of his life, memorial visitation will be from 9am until 10:30am on Saturday, November 24, 2018, at Pitchford Funeral Home in Wood River.
Memorials are suggested to the family and will be accepted at the funeral home.
