Banana Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup fat free plain or vanilla yogurt• 1/2 cup pineapple or orange juice
• 1 banana
• Handfull of frozen strawberries
• Handfull of frozen blueberries
• Handfull of frozen raspberries (if desired)
Directions:
Put ingredients in blender.
Blend on high until thoroughly mixed and serve.
