Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

• 1 cup peanut butter• 6 tablespoons butter or margarine
• 1 1/4 cups sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 package semi sweet chocolate morsels
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Beat peanut butter and butter until smooth. Add sugar eggs and vanilla and beat until creamy. Blend in flour and salt. Stir in 1 cup morsels. spread into 9x13 pan.
Bake 25-30 minutes - when edges brown. Sprinkle remaining morsels on top. One the morsels are shiny, spread them to create a chocolate layer. Cool completely.
About this Recipe:
Can also use milk chocolate morsels.
