Crab Rangoon Dip

Ingredients:

• 3 8oz packages cream cheese or neufchatel cheese • 1 cup fat free plain yogurt • 1/2 cup powdered sugar • 2 teaspoons worchestershire sauce • 2 teaspoons soy sauce • 2 teaspoons hot sauce • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or minced fresh garlic • 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning • 1 or 2 6 oz can crumbled crab meat • 1 package won ton wrappers

Directions:

In mixer combine cream cheese and yogurt until creamy. Add powdered sugar and seasonings and mix thoroughly. Fold in the crabmeat by hand. Pour into 8x8 glass pan to cook. Cook at 350 for 35 minutes until bubbly.

Heat oil in pan. Cut won tons into halves - diagonally to make triangles. Fry in oil until golden brown - about 2-3 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Serve with the hot crab dip!
