JCBA Cuts Ribbon for Grafton Oyster Bar

Though open for a month, the Grafton Oyster Bar ‘officially’ opened with a Ribbon Cutting furnished by the Jersey County Business Association (JCBA). Co-owners Brad and Adrianne Hagen and John Johnson didn’t let a dark and stormy day rain on their parade.
