CNC Programmer/Quality Specialist

DETAILS

• Mondays-Thursdays, 6:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Salaried position; pay scale based on experience
• Position reports directly to Shop Supervisor

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Write programs for CNC machines utilizing MasterCam
  • Okuma Vertical Mills
  • Okuma Horizontal Mills
  • Komo CNC Routers
  • 2 axis live-tooling Okuma Lathes
  • Okuma Turning Center
• Edit existing programs to maximize efficiency
• Create detailed setup sheets
• Design job specific tooling/fixturing
  • Maintain database of tooling/fixturing
• First article and in-process inspections
  • Calibrate inspection equipment
    • Maintain calibration documentation
  • Fill in for Shop Supervisor when on PTO
