Alton Family Martial Arts & Fitness is dedicated to sharing the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai Kickboxing with the Riverbend area.

Our Mission

Our mission is to positively impact the community by sharing martial arts. We aim to provide high-quality instructors to teach in a safe and friendly environment. Our programs are guaranteed to instill confidence, discipline, and respect. Above all, we teach martial arts because we love it.

Our Programs

Youth Jiu-Jitsu: Designed for kids ages 6 to 12, focusing on anti-bullying, abduction prevention, and physical fitness.
Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: A martial art, combat sport, and self-defense system that focuses on grappling and ground fighting.
Kickboxing: A group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate mixed with boxing.
