"The service team Austin and Will have both helped me before. I hold them in the highest regards. They both are like good neighbors. Treats me like family! I mean they will go that extra measure. That means a lot to an old lady. I trust them to be the experts. I thought there was a serious problem with my furnace and was prepared for the worst. They went threw everything. Even removed the flue, got on the roof and was able to assure me nothing was broken. Something had caused an over heating condition and tripped the sensors to shut down. Could have been dust matter falling down the flue. So they cleaned it out real good. I'm just relieved they went to that extra measure. No one had ever taken the flue apart and cleaned it that way before. Will said that was probably going to take care of it and no need to change parts that were ok. See what I mean! It was one of the coldest days of the year, I was afraid that I would have problems getting somebody out there that day. King was awesome. They arrived very quickly, fixed the problem and had full heat blasting in no time. They kept my Mom from having to leave her house. The service guy called me with a complete description of the problem and fix and then emailed me the invoice, which also contained a detailed description.
