Remember Nature Brews? The 12-month long cask collaboration with Alton’s own organic brewery Old Bakery Beer Co. featuring locally foraged ingredients. After an entire year of public cask tasting and rating, we have a winning beer – and it is finally time for the release!

In honor of this fun collaboration, Old Bakery Beer Co. and The Nature Institute are teaming up again to bring a new kind of beer dinner. Join us for a 3-course pairing dinner prepared by OBB, inspired by the winning Nature Brews foraged ingredient. This dinner will be held outside at The Nature Institute with a portion of the ticket sales donated to their mission of preservation, restoration, and education. This dinner is a 21+ event.

Limited number of tickets available.Tickets are $40 per person in advance and $50 at the event. Each ticket includes one pint of the winning Nature Brews beer. Guests can by individual tickets or reserve an entire table of 8 for friends and family.
