First Annual Ladies Night Out Bethalto, Illinois BETHALTO, March 8, 2019 – Fabulous women. Leaders in the community. Business owners. We are definitely blessed to have more than our fair share of them. The Bethalto Public Library presents the first ever Ladies Night Out for our Village. Friday, March 8th from 6:00 – 9:00 we are closing streets and letting our hair down. Your first stop should be the library booth where you will get a free commemorative bag and all of the information you will need to make the most of this fun filled evening celebrating the amazing women that surround us every day. Vendors are welcome and we invite all of the businesses in our Library District to join us. Each vendor and business, organization, and non-profit who wishes to participate will get a 10’ space at no charge. We ask that you cater to the evening and keep in mind the purpose, which is to celebrate National Women’s Day in a fun environment. The event will mainly be surrounding the intersection of Prairie and Central and circle around to S. Oak, ending at the Museum. All vendors will be in the Senior Citizen’s Building and tables will line the streets offering giveaways, coupons, and incentives. The Police and Fire Department will be offering self-defense and safety demonstrations in the Community Building. We welcome visitors from all over to join us for this free event. Make sure to bring your money, though. There will be delicious food offerings and specials from our local restaurants as well as things to purchase from local merchants. We welcome vendors from all over, but Bethalto vendors will get first dibs on space.
