Chilean Sea Bass - Lightly blackened and topped with browned butter blue crab served over cheddar mashed potatoes with grilled asparagus.

Surf & Turf - 10 oz Snow Crab Cluster and an 8 oz grilled stip topped with sauteed shrimp and a Boursin cream sauce. Baked potatoe & prosciutto wrapped asparagus.

Bacon Wrapped Sea Scallops - served over bacon and white cheddar mashed potatoes. Topped with a smoked gouda cream drizzle and finished with butter roaster green beans.
