Join us at the Granite City Township in a Breakfast and Learn.-  ITAC Free Amplifited Phone Program. on Monday, August 12th from 9:00am until 11:30am. 

ITAC has been issuing FREE Equipment in Illinois since 1988. Their phones are superior in amplification, features, adjustability, and durability.  And they're free! 

ITAC is a Not-for-Profit serving the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Late-Deafened, Deaf-Blind and Speech Impairment communities.

ITAC are governed by the Illinois Commerce Commission, a board of Directors, and a consumer Advisory Council. 

Participants will learn about the ITAC Free Amplified Phone Program. Those members or family members have a hearing loss, will be able to test free amplified phones, and chose the equipment that is best for them to hear and understand on the amplified phone and/or cellphone amplifier.  They will own the equipment that they choose and comes with a 3-year warranty. They can get a new piece of equipment every 3 years and keep the equipment they already have!

It is EASY to qualify…

• Bring their driver license or any form of ID (resident of Illinois only)
• Bring the latest phone bill
• Know the last four digits of your Social Security number

IMPACT CIL will have the New Client Application for them to fill out the small section to complete and also the Pre-selection Form after they have tested the phones and choose which equipment. Then IMPACT CIL will process the paperwork and submitted to ITAC. ITAC will review and order the phones.
