This seminar is for Women/Men of all ages (younger attendees need to be able to follow basic instructions).

Please call Cindy with any questions or to RSVP 618.535.3112.

Please bring the following: water to drink, comfortable clothes (something you'd do Yoga in)

Please arrive 15 minutes early so that you'll have time to fill out a waiver before the start of the seminar.

Note: This seminar will be full of practical self-defense knowledge but it will also be a good workout. We will be moving around for the majority of the 2 hour session.
