Thanksgiving Day Meal Volunteers

About this event

Volunteers are needed to help with the Thanksgiving Day Meal.  We will be accepting up to 30 people to deliver meals and 35 people to help prepare the meals for delivery.   If you are interested in helping with this event, please call Community Hope Center at 618-259-0959, ext. 231 between October 28 and November 15.  Please leave you name, phone number and the number of people you are signing up to help.  

If you sign up to deliver meals, you will need to bring an ice chest or heavy CLEAN towel to keep the food warm.  Please arrive at 9:45 that morning.  If you sign up to help prepare the meals, you should arrive by 10:00.  

No volunteer opportunities will be available that day.  You MUST register ahead of time.  No walk-in volunteers will be accepted so that we can ensure everyone that registered ahead has a job.
