Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper

The day before Ash Wednesday, parishioners and other local residents can help those in need while enjoying some yummy food from the Episcopal Parish of Alton. The popular, annual Shrove Tuesday Pancake and Sausage Supper is fast approaching.
 
The event is again sponsored by the Episcopal Church Men organization. Guests are asked to give a free will offering with the proceeds, minus expenses, going to the Crisis Food Center in Alton.
Thirty pounds of sausage from Alton's own Schwegels will be available. Coffee, milk, orange juice and fruit cocktail can also be had. Potential volunteers are asked to arrive by 3:00 p.m. if possible.
