Youth Fitness powered by Elite FT is offering a free trial to everyone ages 6 and up in O'Fallon! Come try our Kids Fit Class for Ages 6-9 or our Sports Performance Class for ages 10-12 or 13+ for FREE!
 
Our SPEED and STRENGTH Youth Fitness programs have been COMBINED, REVAMPED, and IMPROVED!!
 
After many, many discussions with staff and customers, we have decided to combine our speed programs with our strength programs to give our athletes a workout that provides both in every session.
