Camp DuBois North Main in Wood River, IL 62095 Directions: Intersection of IL Rt. 3 & IL Rt. 143. From Rt. 3 go East onto Route 143 (toward Wood River) until just before the train overpass. Just before the overpass, turn left onto North Main. Continue to follow N. Main Street until it dead-ends into the parking lot of Camp DuBois.
