Certified Food Protection Manager's Class/Exam

About this event

An 8-hour class at Johnson's Corner followed by an ANSI-certified online exam. This certification is valid for 5 years across the USA. Even if it's only frozen pizza you serve it is the law to provide 1 Food Protection Manager per shift. Food trucks/trailers, jams/jellies, and bakery goods must have this certification to sell to the public. The class is 9-5 pm. Follow instructions on the webpage as to what to bring to class.
