About this event

We are teaming up with Kundalini Yoga of Crestone to offer this wonderful Wellness Weekend to the community. Welcome to a transformative introduction to Kundalini Yoga with a focus on enhancing Chakra Health & Wellness. Participants ranging from beginners to well-experienced yoga practitioners are welcome to attend. Each session will include physical movement, yoga postures, breath techniques, sound, mantra, meditation, and a short discourse. April 22
Saturday 8:00 am - 11:30 am-$40 Lunch & Learn 11:45-12:45pm-$20 Vegetarian Lunch Provided (cost of lunch is separate from sessions) April 22
