Live Auction

Our live auction is back! Please join us at 6 pm on Sunday, Oct. 8th under the Main Stage tent for our live auction. We will have our high end items available here. Get ready for a rip roaring good time as you enjoy some German food and beverages while out bidding your friends and family on your favorite items! Auctioneering and entertainment provided by the Harman Family Bluegrass Band.

Silent Auction

Our silent auction will be held online again this year through GiveSmart. You will be able to view all our items, make and update your bids, and pay via the following website: http://STMARYSOFEST.givesmart.com

Items will also be available for viewing in Suddes Hall on Saturday and Sunday, but ALL BIDDING IS ONLINE.

The auction website will go live at 6 pm on Friday Oct. 6th and will close at 4 pm on Sunday, Oct. 8th, giving you plenty of time to bid up your favorite items!

You will be able to pick up your winning items from 4:30pm - 5:30pm, and then again after the conclusion of the live auction, from approximately 7-8 pm, in Suddes Hall.
