About this event

Each week, venture out into every corn er of the preserve with our intrepid educators. Throughout the summer, yo u will get a chance to explore our forests, prairies, ponds, and stream s and investigate the wild things that live in each habitat. Plan on hikin g ~ 1.5 miles. Please bring a water bottle and wear closed-toed shoes. Thi s is a FAMILY BASED activity recommended for ages 6+. Park in the lot and meet your guide on the lawn in front of the lodge. Program is free, but b e sure to get there early. Group limited to nine participants - first come , first served.
