Moonlight Hike

About this event

FULL MOON HIKE December 18th - 7:30pm Join us on a night hik e through the woods. On the trails of the Mississippi Sanctuary and Olin N ature Preserve the terrain is light to moderate (may include some elevatio n change) and is appropriate for families. You can expect the hike to be a bout 2 miles, and will include stops along the way.

Guides choose rout es based on the group and do not pick the route until the night of the hik e.

Our moonlight hikes are Free for members and $5 per non-member adult , children 15 and under are free and advanced registration is required. Things to Note:

Please be on time, the hike leaves promptly at 7:30p m.

Meet in front of the Talahi Lodge.

Park in the lower parking lot (the rock lot at the bottom of the hill).

Please check your email the d ay of the event for cancellation due to bad weather.

Space is limited.\ n Things to bring: Reusable water bottle, bug spray, dress in layers, appropriate footwear, flashlight is optional and guide will encourage you to keep it off for most of the hike.
