Hello City of Alton! I'm Charles Hicks, a fellow citizen of Alton and member of our local rugby club, the Mercenaries. We are currently looking for people to join our Rugby team. The team is open to all skill levels regardless of previous rugby experience. Practices are every Tuesday and Thursday, currently at Northside Park in Alton, IL, 62002 @ 6p.m.. Please come on out if you want to play or spectate! Cheers!
