Picklin' in the Dark

About this event

Come join us for a black light pickleball event to support Land of Lincoln Honor Flight.  Keasler Recreation Complex in East Alton, IL will be the site of this fundraiser event on Veterans Day weekend, November 9 & 10, 2024.  Proceeds from the event will support Land of Lincoln Honor Flight, which provides cost-free trips for our veterans to Washington DC to visit the popular memorials and monuments.  Black light pickleball is a fast-growing and fun twist on the popular game.  Participants are encouraged to wear glow-in-the-dark clothing, along with other embelishments such as makeup, jewelry and body art. This event is open to pickleball players of all skill levels.  Divisions include novice, intermediate, and skilled for gender specific competitions on Saturday as well as mixed gender competions on Sunday.  Participants may register online at www.signupville.com/eastalton/pickleball, or in person at Keasler Recreation Complex, 615 3rd St., East Alton, IL.  Registration fee is only $20 for one event or $25 for both events.  For more information contact Keasler Recreation Complex at 618.259.7411.
