CMT's Candid Conversation with Commuters

About this event

In an effort to proactively address the many changes surrounding public transit in 2025, Citizens for Modern Transit is hosting a “Candid Conversation with Commuters” in partnership with officials from Metro Transit and the St. Clair County Transit District. The event will take place on Friday, Jan. 10, 2025, at noon via Zoom. It will provide a platform for transit riders, and the community at-large, to ask questions about the new MetroBus fare system, Call-A-Ride changes, the latest developments tied to the Secure Platform Plan, transit expansion efforts, possible service changes in March 2025, and more. The virtual event is free and open to the public. Registration is required and can be completed at www.cmt-stl.org. 

The discussion will feature Trenise Winters, Assistant Executive Director of Metro Transit;?Jessica Gershman, Assistant Executive Director of Planning & System Development at Metro Transit; Timothy?Nittler, Senior Director of Capital Projects at Metro Transit, and Tom Curran, Executive Vice-President of Administration at Bi-State Development. The conversation will be moderated by Kimberly Cella, Executive Director of Citizens for Modern Transit.
