Kids’ aerial yoga offers a unique opportunity for children to explore creative movement using hammocks in a safe and fun environment. The class encourages playfulness and support while introducing yoga fundamentals.

Each session concludes with a cozy and relaxing wind-down, leaving kids refreshed and recharged.

Parent Information:

  • Parents are welcome to stay during the class or drop off their child.
  • All skill levels are welcome to participate.
